  • How will I receive my tickets?

    After purchase the tickets, customers will have the choice of receiving the tickets via email or download on to their mobile phones. The tickets will be in the form of a QR code which will be scanned at the entrance.

  • Can I give my ticket to someone else?

    A. It is up to the customer as the QR once scanned will no longer be effective. Using scanned QR code will not be allowed and entry will be denied.

  • I am now unable to attend. What can I do with my pre-booked tickets?

    A. Please log into system using your account and re book base on availability of the system dates shown.

  • Can I bring my dog/pet?

    I am afraid we do not allow pets in the flower farm as pets may trample on the flower beds. We appreciate your love for your pets but due to operational difficulties we can entertain this request.

  • What disabled access do you have?

    As we are a farm premise, we do not have pathed roads as in the usual park venues. All visitors are welcome to come based on their discretion. We will try to maintain a flat gravel, dirt surfaces but in some case maybe difficult for wheelchair access.

  • What happens if I arrive before my slot/after my slot has begun?

    Do try to arrive on time, especially in the weekends and holidays as we may be quite full. We will leave some spare capacity for the destinated time slots but do try to come during the pre booked time slot.

  • Can I refund or rebook?

    WE allow up to 2 days before the show for cancellation and rebooking providing there are available capacity in other time intervals.

  • What family friendly facilities do you have on site?

    Our pick you own flower activity to open to all ages appropriate. We encourage all children to enege in the activity. In addition we offer a variety of food and beverage selections for all visitors. Adjacent to our flower farm sits the Copas Farm Pick you own fruit venue you will find a wide variety fruits for picking.

  • How is the Kaleido Flower Show different from the Kew, Welsey, Chelsea flower shows and others.

    The Kaleido Flower Show is a pick your own flower venue. Our flowers are grown in natural conditions to give them unmatched height, strength and blossom. We intend to have on display and picking of over 300,000 tulips and 100+ variety for your enjoyment.

  • Can I hire a buggy?

    Currently we do not offer buggy services.
